The letter below is from a prison inmate who has been blessed by The Outlook provided by Reformed Fellowship, and who is among the inmates actively teaching the good news of the gospel to fellow inmates.
Greetings again in the name of Jesus Christ. Thank you for your letter of June 30, 2021 in hand on July 9, 2021. I continue to find edifying work in The Outlook magazine and thank the Reformed Fellowship for sharing in the blessings of God’s grace.
I am well and God is giving us much to do here. We are mostly in a post-pandemic program and have been operating at about 50 percent in the chapel. I was hired in May as the Protestant librarian (a clerk job) in the chapel, which allows me to serve the population here in a Christ-centered way.
In addition, by God’s grace, I have been selected to preach every 3rd Sunday to the body of believers here in our chapel service and I teach Bible study every Thursday afternoon 1-2:30pm and on Tuesday mornings I preach on the yard at our outreach ministry. Currently, I am taking the men through Galatians on Thursday and James on Tuesday. While all of these ministry opportunities are under a “Non-Denominational” banner, I do not compromise the truth and teach directly from the scriptures, line upon line.
